This Service Includes
- Key Personnel – Have you identified the personnel to act upon an incident and or crisis, and do you have back up staff lined up? We help you to consider if roles are defined, what training they have received, and their availability if an incident or crisis occurs.
- Planning Testing – Are you confident in your organisation’s response during an incident or crisis? Includes a simulation test using established business continuity resources, such as recovery sites, backup systems, and other specialised services, to test the plan in a realistic situation.
- Outside factors – Have you considered an incident or crisis does not need to be occurring within your business to affect you? You also need to be able to look outside of the usual day to day business operations to ensure you have taken everything into consideration, such as a global pandemic.
