Whether you’re a large organisation or a small one, whether you have an in-house training department or not, there are always going to be times when the staff responsible for training are overwhelmed.

Perhaps you need to process annual appraisals or organise a rollout of new software or processes? If you bring in inexperienced temporary staff to help, you’ll have to start by introducing them to training processes. Here’s a rather different idea – as a training company ourselves we know what needs doing. Why not use us to organise or provide your training?

Virtual Training services can be contracted on an hourly or subscription basis, and we work seamlessly alongside your existing HR and Training Functions.

If your Training Department is currently overstretched, we also provide supplementary training services such as training needs analysis and administration.

• Training needs analysis – identifying role-based and/or individual needs.
• Training programme scheduling – to match the identified needs.
• Pre- and post-course administration – from joining instructions to certificates.
