Leadership and Management and Increase Business

The purpose of this course is to equip attendees with proven tools and first-hand experiences of how to effectively lead others to improve performance and results. The benefits to the organisation or individuals will be an increase in personal performance and morale, understand your culture, increase leadership within the organisation and improve performance that will impact on the bottom line.

This course for anyone involved in supervision, management or leading of others.

This is an extension of the half day leadership and management course or can be delivered separately. This half day course is £350 (minimum of 4) or £1850 client bespoke workshop. Each delegate will get a copy of a leadership book for future reference. This can be delivered in classroom or online.
