We take a brief, research and then directly approach candidates to attract them. If interested, we supply an engaging information pack about your company and the role. If they want to proceed we will assess their suitability for the role and then arrange interviews as required with your line manager – aiding all the way through the process – gaining interview feedback and ensuring everything runs smoothly. We make the job offer and handle the dreaded counteroffer scenario that is so prevalent at the moment. This process is charged on an exclusive and retained basis.
